用活动联连小组。用活动引导学生正视竞争,用活动促进学生相互理解,用活动让小组聚集班级,小组合作中的问题就找到一个很好的抓手。小组合作作为中学生自我管理的有效形式,其好处毋庸置疑需赘述,然而,在实践的过程中却会遇到很多问题,解决不好,费心费时却劳而无功。做班主任15年,我领着我的各届弟子们在小组合作的路上走走停停,遇到很多问题,也找到了一些解决问题的办法,于是,迂回中前进,小组合作开展得也越来越有成效。在此分享一二,抛砖引玉。
