浅析硫铝酸钙-氧化钙类膨胀剂限制膨胀率的影响因素

本文研究了膨胀剂的掺量、水胶比、掺和料种类及掺量对掺有硫铝酸钙-氧化钙类膨胀剂砂浆的限制膨胀率的影响规律,结果表明:随着膨胀剂掺量的增大,在掺量相同增幅下,砂浆的限制膨胀率增幅存在一定差异;水胶比在0.35-0.50范围内时,随着水胶比增大,砂浆限制膨胀率降低,水胶比大于0.45时限制膨胀率降低尤为明显;粉煤灰和石粉在一定掺量下对砂浆限制膨胀率有促进作用,粉煤灰最佳掺量为20%,石粉最佳掺量为5%,矿粉对其有一定抑制作用。 In this paper, the influence of the content of expansive agent, the ratio of water to binder, the type and content of admixture on the limiting expansion rate of mortar mixed with calcium sulphoaluminate-calcium oxide was investigated.
