患者女,17岁,住院号42646。因乏力、高热、面部红斑于1982年5月24日首次入院。检查:体温39.2℃,面部呈蝶状红斑,血常规正常,血沉41mm/小时,谷丙转氨酶244金氏单位,硫酸锌浊度19.1单位,麝香草酚浊度17.6单位,麝絮++,尿素氮30mg％,尿蛋白±,血清呈乳样混浊,红斑狼疮细胞(一),余无异常发现。诊断系统性红斑狼疮(SLE),经用强的松治疗好转出院。1983年6月11日又因高热、上腹部及脐周持续性胀
