Angiostatin（血管生长抑制素，AS）和Endostatin（内皮生长抑制素，ES）是两种对肿瘤生长有特异抑制作用的新发现抗血管生成因子，目前对AS和ES的研究日新月异，已取得了较多的研究成果，本文就这两种抑制因子在抗肿瘤方面的进展作一综述。
Angiostatin (angiostatin, AS) and Endostatin (Endostatin, ES) are two newly discovered anti-angiogenic factors that have a specific inhibitory effect on tumor growth. The current research on AS and ES is changing rapidly and has been compared. Many research results, this article reviews the progress of these two inhibitors in anti-tumor.
