Objective To investigate the relationship between blood glucose and diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) in patients with T2DM. Methods According to the peripheral nerve conduction velocity, 156 patients with T2DM were divided into normal conduction group (A) and abnormal (B) group. The blood glucose and other indexes were compared between the two groups and Logistic regression analysis was performed. Results The differences in duration, HbA 1c, TG, SBP, CV, MAGE, MBP, There was statistical significance (P <0.05). Logistic analysis showed that disease duration, CV and MAGE were independent risk factors affecting peripheral nerve conduction velocity (P <0.05). Conclusion The fluctuation of blood glucose in T2DM patients is significantly correlated with DPN.
