心力衰竭乃是儿科常见的危险急症。它是由不同原因所致的心脏收缩功能和/或舒张功能障碍,致使心博量减少,动脉系统灌注不足,静脉系统淤血,从而产生一系列临床症候群。近年来,国内外学者对心力衰竭的研究取得了很大进展。本文就心力衰竭药物治疗方面的新进展作一简要综述。 Heart failure is a common dangerous emergency in pediatrics.
