目的:探讨乳腺癌术后并发症的产生原因及预防措施。方法:手术治疗乳腺癌25例.对手术并发症的产生原因,结合文献报告进行回顾性分析,提出预防和处理方法。结果:发生术后并发症7例。其中皮下积液4例,皮瓣坏死2例,患侧上肢水肿1例。结论:乳腺癌并发症是可以预防的,出现了并发症若能及时妥善处理均能获得良好的效果。
Objective: To investigate the causes and preventive measures of postoperative complications of breast cancer. Methods: Twenty-five cases of breast cancer were treated surgically, and the causes of operation complications were analyzed retrospectively with literature reports, and the prevention and treatment methods were put forward. Results: Postoperative complications occurred in 7 cases. Including subcutaneous fluid in 4 cases, 2 cases of flap necrosis, ipsilateral upper limb edema in 1 case. Conclusion: The complication of breast cancer can be prevented. If the complication occurs timely and proper treatment can get good results.
