作者考察了钢、铈氟化物对酚醛环氧——二硫化钼基联润滑剂和轮轨润滑成膜膏摩擦磨损性能的影响,并对其作用机理作了探讨。结果表明,LaF3的加入可使干膜的耐磨寿命提高3倍以上,CeF3使润滑脂和润滑成膜膏的承载能力也有很大改善。这种含稀土的干膜和润滑成膜膏已分别在塔式起重机销轴和铁路轮机上得到应用,仪器分析结果表明,LaF3的加入有效地抑制了干膜中二硫化钼的氧化。
The authors investigated the effects of steel and cerium fluorides on the friction and wear properties of phenolic epoxy-molybdenum disulfide-based lubricants and wheel-rail lubricant filming pastes, and discussed the mechanism of action. The results show that the addition of LaF3 can increase the wear resistance of the dry film by more than 3 times, and the loading capacity of the grease and the lubricating filming paste by CeF3 has also been greatly improved. The rare earth-containing dry film and lubricating film-forming paste have been applied respectively to the tower crane pin and the railway turbine. The analysis results of the instrument show that the addition of LaF3 can effectively suppress the oxidation of molybdenum disulfide in the dry film.
