随着吉林油田勘探开发工作的不断推进,例如长深1井、昌31井等新型天然气井的开采,井控技术、井控设备越来越受到人们的重视。“井控设备”指的是实施油气井压力控制过程中应用到的工具、装置、仪表等集合,是一个综合性概念。而在金井控设备现场安装完毕后,如何对其进行试压才能达到标准,成为了业内人士十分关注的问题。本文以下结合吉林油田勘探开采过程中对井控设备的应用进行研究,提出井场整体试压需要注意的问题,并结合实例(长深1#井、昌31井)展开分析,供同行业人员参考。
With the continuous exploration and development work in Jilin Oilfield, mining, well control technology and well control equipment of new natural gas wells such as Changshen-1 and Chang-31 wells have drawn more and more attention. “Well control equipment ” refers to the implementation of oil and gas well pressure control process applied to the tools, devices, instruments and other collections, is a comprehensive concept. However, after the site installation of the Kanai control equipment was completed, how to carry out pressure test on the site to achieve the standard became a matter of great concern to the industry. In this paper, the following combination of Jilin Oilfield exploration and exploitation of well control equipment on the application of research, put forward the site pressure test requires attention, combined with examples (Changshen 1 # well, Chang 31 well) for analysis, for the same industry personnel reference.
