淮南矿业集团张集煤矿1122(3)工作面运输巷支护问题属于典型的蹬空条件下煤层巷道围岩稳定性控制问题。利用UDEC模拟软件对巷道的围岩应力场、位移场及塑性区进行了数值模拟研究,得出类似地质条件下在以锚索网为主体支护形式的基础上,加以对煤柱进行喷注浆加固,使支护具有高强度和高整体性的特点。运用此种支护方式能够很好地控制巷道围岩变形,并且对类似巷道的围岩控制具有指导意义。
Huainan Mining Group Zhangji Coal Mine 1122 (3) Face transportation laneway support problems belong to the typical go-klevel conditions of coal seam gateway surrounding rock stability control. UDEC simulation software is used to simulate the stress field, displacement field and plastic zone of surrounding rock in tunnel. The result shows that under similar geological conditions, based on the main support form of anchor cable network, Pulp reinforcement, the support with high strength and high integrity characteristics. The use of this kind of support method can well control the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway, and is of guiding significance to the surrounding rock control of the similar roadway.
