1.前言日本国营铁路用的内燃机车巳标准化,干线用 DD51型内燃机车及支线和调车用 DE10型内燃机车,现在约有1500台在全国运用。这两种形式的机车,自研制以来,都经历了大约20年的时间,所以根据新的社会形势和运输动向的变化,研制下一代标准形内燃机车,已提到议事日程上来了。在研制中,最大的课题是确定机车的性能,而在结构方面,作为动力传动方式,是照旧采用液力传动呢,或者是采用新的电力传动呢,这个问题已成为重要的研究课题。因此,通过液力传动的 DD51型及 DE10型机车和电力传动的 DF50型机车的检修经验,来重新进行两种传动方式的比较研究,这对于选择下一代内燃机车的传动方式也有所帮助。
1. Introduction Domestic diesel locomotives for Japan’s state-owned railways have been standardized. DD51 diesel locomotives for trunk lines and DE10 diesel locomotives for branch lines and shunting are now used in the country. Both types of locomotives have experienced about 20 years since their development. Therefore, according to the new social situation and changes in transportation trends, the development of the next generation of standard diesel locomotives has been mentioned on the agenda. In the development, the biggest issue is to determine the locomotive performance, and in terms of structure, as a power transmission, it is still used hydraulic drive it, or the use of new electric drive it, this issue has become an important research topic. Therefore, through the overhauling experience of the hydrodynamic DD51 and DE10 locomotives and the electrically driven DF50 locomotives, a comparative study of the two transmission modes is carried out again, which is also helpful for selecting the transmission mode of the next generation of diesel locomotives.
