目的:研究和胃消痞胶囊对胃肠动力的影响。方法:采用小鼠酚红胃排空法,小肠碳末推进法观察药物对胃肠动力的作用;测大鼠胃电图观察药物对胃电节律的影响;以辅酶Ⅱ黄递酶组化染色法及消化道铺片技术观察药物对大鼠胃及上段小肠纵肌层一氧化氮(NO)合成的作用。结果:和胃消痞胶囊各剂量组均能明显增加小鼠酚红胃排空率;中,低剂量组可明显增强小鼠小肠推进功能;中剂量组可使正常大鼠正常慢波节律百分比增多,主功率增加;高剂量增加胃底NO合成,小剂量使胃底NO合成减少,对胃底容受性舒张功能有双向调节作用;高,中剂量可减少上段小肠NO合成。结论:和胃消痞胶囊有促进胃肠动力的作用,其作用机理与调整胃电节律,影响胃肠NO合成有关。
Objective: To study the effect of Weixiao Capsule on gastrointestinal motility. Methods: Gastric emptying method was used to observe the effect of drugs on gastrointestinal motility. The effects of drugs on gastric rhythm were observed by electrogastrogram. Coenzyme II diaphorase was used for histochemical staining. The effect of drugs and digestive tract preparations on the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO) in the stomach and upper small intestine longitudinal muscles of rats. RESULTS: Compared with other groups, the dosage of Hewei Xiaoyu Capsule could significantly increase the gastric emptying rate of phenol red in mice; the medium and low dose group could significantly enhance the small intestine advancing function of mice; the middle dose group could normalize the normal slow wave rhythm of normal rats. Increased, the main power increases; high doses increase gastric NO synthesis, low doses reduce the synthesis of gastric NO, and have a two-way adjustment of gastric diastolic function; high and medium doses can reduce the upper intestine NO synthesis. Conclusion: Heweixiaoyu capsule can promote gastrointestinal motility. Its mechanism of action is related to the adjustment of gastric rhythm and the influence of gastrointestinal NO synthesis.
