以山西灵石隧道下穿采空区段为研究对象,通过有限元数值模拟分析得出隧道洞室的拱顶下沉和周边收敛值,并对隧道穿越采空区段部分采空区的应力,隧道洞室的拱顶沉降和周边收敛等进行监测。将实测结果和模拟值进行对比分析,结果表明,本文采用的最小安全厚度为7m的安全厚度计算模型是安全可靠且可行的,提出的浆砌片石墩柱、钢拱架支撑、超前小导管注浆、超前锚杆等措施相结合的采空区治理方案是可靠有效的,可为以后类似工程提供借鉴。
Taking the underpass section of Lingshi tunnel in Shanxi Province as the research object, the vault settlement and the surrounding convergence value of the tunnel cavern are obtained by the finite element numerical simulation. The stress of tunnel passing through the part of the gob area , Tunnel cavern vault settlement and peripheral convergence monitoring. Comparing the measured results with the simulated values, the results show that the safe thickness calculation model with the minimum safety thickness of 7m is safe, reliable and feasible. The proposed grouted stone pier columns, steel arch support, Slurry, ahead of the bolt and other measures combined with the goaf management program is reliable and effective, and can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
