目的 探讨低能量He—Ne激光血管照射治疗脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法 对60例脑梗塞患者应用低能量He—Ne激光血管内照射血液(ILIB)治疗前后进行对比,观察其对血流变学、抗磷脂抗体、血糖、血脂及染色体的影响。结果 发现ILIB可降低全血低切粘度、高切粘度、压积及还原比粘度、抗磷脂抗体、血糖、胆固醇、甘油三脂、血脂蛋白α(P<0.01);升高高密度脂蛋白(P<0.01);而染色体数目形态无变化。疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 ILIB是治疗脑梗塞效果确切的一种方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of low-energy He-Ne laser irradiation in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 60 patients with cerebral infarction were treated with low energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation (ILIB) before and after treatment to observe their effects on hemorheology, anti-phospholipid antibodies, blood glucose, blood lipids and chromosomes. The results showed that ILIB could decrease whole blood low shear viscosity, high shear viscosity, pressure and reduction viscosity, antiphospholipid antibody, blood glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride and serum lipoprotein (P <0.01) P <0.01), while the number of chromosomes showed no change. Efficacy was significantly better than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion ILIB is an effective method of treating cerebral infarction.
