城市房产开发、设计中较普遍地存在追求数量、忽视质量的现象,缺乏对土地空间资源利用的科学、艺术和经济相统一的思考。问题解决的路径应为:独立建筑物三度空间的协调、套房总面积小型化、居室室内空间高度的适度增加,以及建筑小区内实、空关系的和谐。
