目的 通过对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)发作期患者T淋巴细胞Ag -NORs酸性非组蛋白表达活性的分析 ,探讨Ag -NORs与老年COPD患者细胞免疫功能的关系 ,并进一步探讨Ag -NORs在老年COPD急性发作期中的临床应用价值。方法 利用免疫图像分析系统、细胞培养、硝酸银染色等方法 ,对 30例健康老年人及 40例老年COPD急性发作期外周血T淋巴细胞Ag -NORs的酸性非组蛋白的蛋白质进行染色分析。结果 老年COPD急性发作期患者Ag -NORs非组蛋白活性 (5 72± 0 77) % ,明显低于健康老年人 (P<0 0 5 ) ;对照组中 2 6 7%为I·S % >8 0 0 %的高活性表达 ;而老年COPD组仅为 7 5 % ,二组比较有显著性意义(P <0 0 5 ) ;I·S % <5 0 0 %的极低活性分析中 ,对照组有 4例 (13 3% ) ,老年COPD组有 19例 (4 7 5 % ) ,有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 老年COPD急性发作期患者外周血T淋巴细胞Ag -NORs非组蛋白的表达活性明显低下 ,推测老年COPD患者T淋巴细胞核内核糖体的装配数量明显减少 ,核糖体合成蛋白质的数量不足 ,功能异常 ,并进一步反映细胞免疫功能低下 ,是老年COPD患者易患各种感染并且急性发作的一个主要原因。因此 ,Ag -NORs是老年COPD患者的诊断 ,治疗及预后判断的一个主要指标
Objective To investigate the expression of Ag-NORs non-histone proteins in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in the elderly and to explore the relationship between Ag-NORs and cellular immune function in elderly patients with COPD and to further explore the role of Ag-NORs The clinical value of COPD in acute exacerbation of elderly. Conclusions The expression of Ag-NORs non-histone in peripheral blood T lymphocytes in patients with acute COPD is significantly lower than that in elderly patients with COPD. It is speculated that the assembly number of ribosomes in T lymphocytes of COPD patients is significantly reduced, the number of ribosomal protein synthesis is insufficient and dysfunction , And further reflect the cellular immune dysfunction, is a major cause of susceptibility to various infections and acute exacerbations in elderly patients with COPD. Therefore, Ag-NORs is a major indicator of the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of senile patients with COPD
