冀州市畜牧水产局为配合农村新《渔业法》的宣传贯彻工作,以养鱼户为重点,坚持新《渔业法》法律条文送到家,学法用法抓到家,守法责任定到家,使新《渔业法》进村入户,调动了广大养鱼户的发展渔业增加收入的积极性。该局制定了四条措施: 1.进村入户,搞好调研。今年来,利用两个多月的时间,边宣传新《渔业法》,边对养鱼户进行摸底调查,规范了养鱼户档案;绘制了养鱼户分布图;并了解存在问题;分析养鱼产量少,效益低的主要原因。通过入户座谈,共同探讨,提出了发展的建议,调动了渔民的积极性,坚定了渔民养殖致富的信心。 Jizhou Municipal Bureau of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries in line with the new “Fisheries Law” publicity and implementation of work, focusing on fish farmers, adhere to the new “Fisheries Law” provisions of the law sent to home, learn law to get home, law-abiding home, make the new “ Fisheries Law ”into the village households, mobilized the majority of fish farmers in the development of fisheries to increase revenue initiative.
