中低强度钢的断裂韧性J积分的研究、测定和应用已有十多年历史。直到1982年后,我国及随后在美国公布了多试样阻力曲线法的测定J积分标准,多试样需六个以上物理状态完全相同的试样,这在焊接、表面处理及特殊环境中是有困难的,所以人们一直努力寻求用单试样确定J_(IC)的方法。单试样法的关键是确定开裂点,解决途径分两类:第一类用电阻、电位及声发射等物理信号的变化来确定开裂点;第二类依据断裂物理的模型的数学公式,用解析法测定试样的J_(IC),其中尤以赖祖涵教授的工作受到国内外重视。
