通常制配食用菌母种培养基时,多采用普通培养基(琼脂、马铃薯、葡萄糖)。因其配方简单、容易制作、菌丝体生长良好,故这是使用最多的培养基(简称PDA)。但琼脂是一种价格比较昂贵的商品,并在某些地区购买困难,常常给制种带来一定的困难。我们在研究工作中,经常看到凤尾菇、平菇菌丝体在普通培养基上生长、经几次转管后,菌丝体生长较稀少、细弱、不旺盛。为解决上述问题,我们进行了碎玉米粒作培养基,对凤尾菇、平菇母种菌丝体生长效应的研究。
Usually formulated with edible fungus mother medium, the more common medium (agar, potato, glucose). Because of its simple formula, easy to make, mycelium grow well, so this is the most used medium (PDA). However, agar is a relatively expensive commodity and is difficult to purchase in some areas and often causes some difficulties in seed production. In our research work, we often see Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium growth in ordinary medium, after several transfer tube, mycelium growth is relatively rare, weak, not strong. In order to solve the above problems, we conducted a study on the growth effect of mycelium of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus ostreatus on the medium of ground corn kernels.
