血管性头痛是较常见的一种头痛,临床上应注意与功能性头痛区别。此种头痛一般可分偏头痛型与非偏头痛型两类,均属于器质性头痛的范畴。前者病因、发病机制至今未明,后者病因明确,消除病因则头痛可望消失。现着重论述偏头痛型血管性头痛。 Vascular headache is a more common type of headache, which should be distinguished clinically from functional headache.
