在中华优秀传统文化不断继承以及发扬的过程中,干部的教育培训也发生着相应的改变。我国传统文化存在与传播的优势有力的推动着干部政德教育工作的开展,并把政德纳入为干部年终考核目标;政德教育的师资力量需要得到加强,使得教育团队能够更加的专业。我国积极探索干部培训方式的改革与创新,培养符合现代干部教育特色的接班人,不断改善我国干部队伍中的风气。 In the course of inheriting and carrying forward excellent Chinese traditional culture, cadres’ education and training have also undergone corresponding changes. The advantages of the existence and dissemination of traditional culture in our country have effectively promoted the development of cadres ’ethics education and incorporated the ethics of government into the goal of the year-end assessment of cadres. The teachers’ ability in ethics education needs to be strengthened to enable the education team to be more professional. China has actively explored reforms and innovations in training methods for cadres, fostered successors in line with the characteristics of modern education for cadres and continuously improved the culture in our cadre ranks.
