面对“深化国有企业改革要求”、实现“做大做强做优”的发展目标,企业应从战略高度出发,充分认识人才资源是“企业第一资源”的重要性,牢固树立以用为本、以价值创造者为本的管理理念,加快实施人才优先发展战略。通过人才机制创新,驱动企业持续优化人才环境,促进各类人才脱颖而出、施展所长,为企业转型升级和持续健康发展提供有力的人才支撑。本文基于企业战略视角,分析了当前国有企业人才工作的重要方向和主要任务。
