随着我国经济建设高速发展及水平的日臻成熟完善,高层建筑及超高层建筑在全国各地如雨后春笋般迅速崛起。在高层建筑物施工过程中应用沉降观测加强过程监控,指导合理的施工工序,预防在施工过程中出现建筑物不均匀沉降,及时反馈信息,为勘察、设计、施工部门提供详细的第一手资料,避免因沉降原因造成建筑物主体结构的破坏或产生影响结构使用功能的裂缝,而造成经济损失。本文论述了高层建筑物进行沉降观测的重要性和必要性,并结合实际阐述了建筑物沉降监测工作过程中的技术关键点以及有关问题的处理方法。
