目的 研究炮制对于中药化学成分以及药理作用的影响。方法 本文选择葛根饮片作为研究对象,随机分成两组,观察组为炮制后,对照组为炮制前,分析炮制前后葛根化学成分。结果 经本文研究,炮制前Fe485.41mg,Cu7.21mg,Zn16.35mg。炮制后Fe128.46mg,Cu7.68mg,Zn15.12mg。两组对比,Fe含量差异显著(P<0.05),Cu、Zn含量无统计学意义(P>0.05)。水浸液炮制后葛根素(1.70%)和总黄酮(1.91%)含量明显增加,差异显著(P<0.05)。水浸液炮制后颜色(黄“,”Objective To study the effect of processing on the chemical components and pharmacological effects of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Pueraria decoction pieces were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was after processing and the control group was before processing.The chemical components of Pueraria before and after processing were analyzed.Results According to the study,Fe 485.41 mg,Cu 7.21 mg and Zn 16.35 mg were prepared before processing.After processing,Fe 128.46 mg,Cu 7.68 mg,and Zn 15.12 mg.There was significant difference in Fe content between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Cu and Zn content(P>0.05).The content of Puerarin(1.70%)and total flavonoids(1.91%)increased significantly after water infusion,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant change in color(yellow brown)and extract(18.74%)after water infusion(P>0.05).Puerarin(2.63%),extract(13.66%)and total flavonoids(2.76%)decreased after alcohol extracts,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in color(yellow brown)after alcohol extracting,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion After processing,the chemical composition of kudzuvine root has changed significantly,and the effect of kudzuvine root is significantly enhanced,which can achieve better therapeutic effect.Some Chinese medicines may affect their efficacy after being processed or change their traits.After scientific application in clinical application,the efficacy of some Chinese medicines has been significantly enhanced,the toxicity has been effectively reduced,and reasonable processing can help improve the treatment effect,promote the recovery rate of patients,and alleviate the patient\'s condition.
