为探索恶性疟原虫对新抗疟药敏感性现场体外监测方法,指导药物敏感性监测。参照WHO推荐的Rieckmann体外微量测定法,在自制青蒿琥酯、还原青蒿素、蒿乙醚及咯萘啶测定板中测定了以上4种药物的敏感性。测定成功率分别为79.4%、79.8%、78.6%及77.3%,与WHO提供的氯喹板及阿莫地喹(氨酚喹)相同;疟原虫抑制率亦与氯喹板及阿莫地喹板相似,均随药物浓度的增高而依次上升。提示自制测定极药物稳定、灵敏、重复性好、简便易行,可现场推广使用。
In order to explore the on-site monitoring method for the susceptibility of P. falciparum to new anti-malaria drugs and to guide the monitoring of drug sensitivity. According to the WHO recommended Rieckmann in vitro micro-assay, the sensitivity of the above four drugs was determined in homemade artesunate, artemisinin reduction, arteether and pyronaridine determination plates. The success rates were 79.4%, 79.8%, 78.6% and 77.3%, respectively, which were the same as chloroquine board and amodiaquine (paraquat) Plate and amodipine similar to quinine, with the drug concentration increased in turn. Tip self-made determination of the drug is stable, sensitive, reproducible, easy to use, can be used on-site promotion.
