由于发动机是高速旋转机械,因此其运动过程中的惯性力及其平衡问题的研究对于整车的振动与噪声具有很重要的实际意义。通过对几种平衡方法的对比,基于单轴平衡法对某摩托车发动机平衡问题进行了分析并完成了平衡轴的设计。设计结果表明,采用单轴平衡法对摩托车发动机进行动平衡处理,设计过程较为方便;采用单轴平衡后,垂直于活塞运动方向的惯性力可完全消除,但是活塞运动方向仍然存在一定的惯性力。
Since the engine is a high-speed rotating machine, the study of its inertial force and its balance during the movement has very important practical significance for the vibration and noise of the entire vehicle. By comparing several balance methods, the balance of a motorcycle engine is analyzed based on the uniaxial balance method and the balance shaft is designed. The results of the design show that the uniaxial balance method can balance the motorcycle engine’s dynamic balance, and the design process is more convenient. After uniaxial balancing, the inertia force perpendicular to the piston’s movement direction can be completely eliminated, but there is still some inertia force.
