针对60kA 侧插自焙槽( 以下简称自焙槽) 长期以来以低电压( 低极距) 降低电耗的认识,结合几年来铝电解理论在实际工作中的应用和发展。提出了高电压( 高极距) 取得高效率来降低电耗。并摸索出适用该观点的生产工艺“两低一高”,相信会使同类型槽的生产指标与经济效益有一个较大的进步。
Aiming at the knowledge of low voltage (low polar distance) power consumption of 60kA side self-baking trough (hereinafter referred to as self-baking trough) for a long time, combined with the application and development of aluminum electrolysis theory in practical work in recent years.
