企业员工整体素质的提升是企业发展的保障,如何提高员工培训管理水平的问题一直困扰着生产型企业。本文从岗位培训管理的角度,结合大港石化公司开展培训工作的实际,总结了公司培训中心开展的员工岗位培训管理工作,得出了一套开展精细培训的管理模式,即“一岗一单”培训管理模式,为石油企业的培训管理工作提供借鉴。
