本项研究采用目前国际上普遍公认的研究生物固氮活性的方法(乙炔还原-气相色谱法)对3种微生物固氮菌肥的固氮活性进行检测,并尽可能地排除检测过程中可能导致乙炔还原生成的乙烯和多种导致乙烯产生的非固氮菌因素,从而保证分析数据的真实性.在系统设计方案的基础上,对不同产地的3种固氮菌肥进行了认真的检测.
In this study, the nitrogen fixation activity of three kinds of microbial nitrogen-fixing bacterium fertilizer was detected by the internationally accepted method of studying the biological activity of nitrogen fixation (acetylene reduction-gas chromatography), and as much as possible to exclude the possible occurrence of acetylene reduction in the detection process Of ethylene and a variety of non-nitrogen-fixing bacteria that result in the production of ethylene, thus ensuring the authenticity of analytical data.
