油品在检测过程中,常需要对其如汽油辛烷值、汽油烃类含量、柴油十六烷值等指标进行检测,如果都在实验室进行专业分析的话,费用高且时效性不强。而近红外光谱技术就可以解决这一点,此方法可以对油品的部分项目进行实时检测,是一种快速、廉价、对样品没有损耗的方法。本文通过近红外光谱技术对汽油中烃类物质的分析检测,展示近红外光谱技术在油品分析中的具体应用。
Oil in the testing process, often need to its indicators such as gasoline octane, gasoline hydrocarbons, diesel cetane number and other indicators for testing, if all in the laboratory for professional analysis, the high cost and timeliness is not strong. The near-infrared spectroscopy technology can solve this problem. This method can detect some of the oil products in real time, which is a fast, cheap method of no loss to the sample. In this paper, by near infrared spectroscopy gasoline hydrocarbons in the analysis of detection, display near infrared spectroscopy in oil analysis of specific applications.
