本文分析了居住在加拿大的101例中国人的apoE表型和其等位基因顷率以及性别、身高、体重、年龄、膳食和血浆各项脂质指标(TG、Chol、HDL-C,LDL-B,apoB,apoE)。 101例中国人中,E 3/3占65.3%,E3/4占10.9%,E2/3占22.8%,E2/4占1.0%。未发现E2/2和E 4/4二个纯合子。其中apoE 3/3离于西方人群。ε 3等位基因为0.822,也明显高于西方人群:结果分析表明,在加拿大居住时间的长短明显地影响TG水平。居住时间每噌加一年,TG约增加7.23mg/dl;其它血脂水平,如LDL—apoB、VLDL—chol,等也与居住时间的长短有密切关系。HDL-C阳HDL_2-C与性别有密切关系。还分析了等位基因ε2、ε3和ε4对血脂水平的影响,并与西方人群等位基因的相对频率进行了比较。
In this study, we analyzed the apoE phenotype and its allele rate as well as the sex, height, weight, age, dietary and plasma lipid profiles (TG, Chol, HDL-C and LDL- B, apoB, apoE). Among 101 Chinese, E 3/3 accounted for 65.3%, E3 / 4 accounted for 10.9%, E2 / 3 accounted for 22.8% and E2 / 4 accounted for 1.0%. No two homozygotes of E2 / 2 and E 4/4 were found. ApoE 3/3 from Western populations. The ε 3 allele was 0.822, which was also significantly higher than in Western populations: Results Analysis showed that length of residence in Canada significantly affected TG levels.
