随着社会的发展变化,人们的思想观念和价值观念也发生了巨大的变化,中职生处在学习和就业的过渡阶段,即将步入社会,传统的德育教育已经明显不适应时代发展的需要,中职生知识学业水平上比较欠缺,自律能力更欠缺,所以步入社会后的竞争力显得不足,这对他们将来的就业、发展相当不利,因此如何提高中职生的自律能力,是目前摆在我们中职班主任面前亟待解决的重要难题之一。
