目的 观察不同手术方案治疗掌指骨骨折的临床效果差异?方法 选择60例掌指骨骨折患者?按照手术方案差异分为对照组(克氏针内固定,30例)及观察组(微型钢板内固定,30例)?比较两组患者TAFS评级优良率?放射学评估优良率?并发症发生率?术后恢复耗时差异性?结果 对照组TAFS评级优良率为73.33%,观察组优良率为93.33%,差异有显著性(P<0.05);对照组放射学评估优良率为76.67%,观察组为96.67%,差异有显著性(P<0.05);对照组并发症总发生率为43.33%,观察为16.67%,差异有“,”Objective To observe the difference of clinical effects of different surgical schemes in the treatment of metacarpal and phalanx fractures. Methods Sixty patients with metacarpal and phalanx fractures were selected.The patients were divided into control group (Kirschner wire internal fixation, 30 cases) and observation group (micro plate internal fixation, 30 cases) according to the difference of surgical plan. The differences of TAFS rating rate, radiological evaluation rate, complication rate and postoperative recovery time between the two groups were compared. Results The excellent rate of TAFS rating was 73.33% in the control group and 93.33% in the observation group, the difference was singnificant (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of radiological evaluation was 76.67% in the control group and 96.67% in the observation group, the difference was singnificant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications was 43.33% in the control group and 16.67% in the observation group, the difference was singnificant (P<0.05). The average recovery time of the control group was (64.28±6.34) days, and that of the observation group was (53.97±5.92) days,the difference was singnificant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of metacarpal and phalanx fractures with micro-plate internal fixation has more advantages than kirschner wire internal fixation in TAFS rating, radiological evaluation,complication control and postoperative recovery.
