目的 :探讨结肠癌增殖细胞与组织学类型、肠壁浸润深度间的关系。 方法 :用免疫组化 ABC法 ,检测 6 2例结肠癌标本。 结果 :结肠高分化腺癌、中分化腺癌、粘液腺癌、低分化腺癌其增殖细胞核抗原 ( PCNA)表达阳性率分别为 ( 43.7± 6 .6 ) %、( 5 1.0± 6 .5 ) %、( 5 2 .9± 4.6 ) %、( 5 5 .6± 0 .9) % ( P<0 .0 1) ;浸润浅肌层、深肌层、浆膜层PCNA表达阳性率分别为 ( 39.9± 5 .2 ) %、( 47.0± 4.7) %、( 5 3.5± 4.3) % ,差异非常显著 ( P<0 .0 1)。 结论 :高分化型浸润较浅的结肠癌细胞的增殖活跃程度相对较低。检测 PCNA的方法 ,不破坏组织细胞结构 ,方法简便 ,重复性好 ,无放射性污染
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the proliferation of colon cancer cells and the histological type and the depth of intestinal wall invasion. Methods: Sixty two colon cancer specimens were detected by immunohistochemical ABC method. Results The positive rates of PCNA expression in well-differentiated adenocarcinoma, moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma, mucinous adenocarcinoma and poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma were (43.7 ± 6.6)% and (5 1.0 ± 6.5)%, respectively %, (52.9 ± 4.6)%, (55.6 ± 0.9)% (P <0.01) respectively. The positive rates of PCNA expression in superficial myometrial, deep myometrial and serosal layers were (39.9 ± 5.2)%, (47.0 ± 4.7)% and (53.5 ± 4.3)%, respectively. The difference was significant (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The proliferative activity of colon carcinoma cells with relatively well differentiated infiltration is relatively low. Detection of PCNA method does not undermine the organization of cell structure, the method is simple, reproducible, non-radioactive contamination
