本文分析了开式压力机角刚度对制件质量、模具寿命等的影响,认为动态角刚度的影响比静态角刚度的影响更大,目前常用静态角刚度来衡量压力机的性能是不完善的。 本文还提出了评定机身动态角刚度的方法,动态角刚度的测试方法和装置,说明了测试装置中传感器等的设计及标定。并对二台压力机作了测试,取得了良好的结果。 结果表明,压力机系统振动对动态角刚度有影响,但不很大,动态角刚度且比静态角刚度低。
In this paper, the influence of angular stiffness of open press on the quality of parts and the service life of dies is analyzed. The influence of dynamic stiffness on stiffness is more affected than that on static stiffness, and the static stiffness is often used to measure the performance of presses. . In this paper, a method to evaluate the dynamic stiffness of the fuselage, the test method and device of dynamic angular stiffness, and the design and calibration of the sensors in the test device are also presented. And two presses made a test, and achieved good results. The results show that the vibration of the press system has an impact on the dynamic stiffness, but not very large. The dynamic stiffness is lower than the static stiffness.
