In the United States, every year, 45% of New Year’s Resolutions are promulgated in the New Year. The top three of these New Year’s plans are: losing weight, keeping things organized and spending less. Regrettably, less than half of the people can persist for more than six months, while only 8% eventually succeed in fulfilling their New Year’s wishes. It is estimated that when you see these figures, your reaction will be the same as my face. There will be a happy smile on your face. When you see so many people hitting their faces, our remorse and regret will be less. And according to statistics, the 50-year-old’s success rate of the New Year plan is much lower than the 20-year-old young man. Is this the old saying that most people will only grow older and more like themselves?
