用正交试验对十大功劳提取盐酸小檗碱的工艺进行研究。结果表明:A_2B_8C_1D_2E_3F_2即提取溶剂用0.5%硫酸,盐析用24%食盐,浸提温度为25℃,浸泡时间为48h,提取液调PH1.5,沉淀放置24h为最佳工艺条件。应用该工艺提取,总碱(以盐酸小檗碱计)收率为1.45%～1.47%。 Orthogonal test was used to study the extraction of berberine hydrochloride from Mahonia. The results showed that A_2B_8C_1D_2E_3F_2was used as extraction solvent with 0.5% sulfuric acid, salting out with 24% table salt, extraction temperature at 25°C, soaking time of 48h, pH of the extract was adjusted to 1.5, precipitation for 24h was the best process condition. Using this process, the total alkali (calculated as berberine hydrochloride) yields 1.45% to 1.47%.
