输卵管恶性肿瘤较少见,原发性输卵管癌尤为罕见,至今国外报导不足1000例,国内至1980年亦只报道157例。现将我院所见2例报告如下: 例一:胡××,女,48岁,住院号113578,工人。因阴道流黄水二年于1976年4月26日入院。患者自诉14岁初潮后即有痛经、经量偏多,74年起阴道经常流黄水,有时带血性,量时多时少,伴下腹疼痛不适。发现盆腔包块而收住院治疗。患者以往月经规则,15岁结婚,婚后一直未孕。体检:BP100/70mmHg,P70次/分,R20次/分。一般情况好,全身浅
