目的:确定通滞苏润江滴丸的最佳成型工艺。方法:采用单因素及正交试验设计,以滴丸的圆整度、硬度、溶散时限、丸重差异为评价指标,优选滴丸成型的药液温度、冷却温度、滴头口径、滴速、滴距等工艺条件。结果:确定最优滴丸成型工艺为药粉与PEG4000配比1∶1.5,滴头内/外径2.5/3.0 mm,冷却剂为二甲基硅油,冷却液温度10℃,药液温度90℃,滴速40滴/min,滴距6 cm。结论:优选的通滞苏润江滴丸制备工艺稳定、可行。
Objective: To determine the best forming process of Tongli Su Runjiang drop pills. Methods: The single factor and orthogonal design were used to evaluate the roundness, hardness, dissolution time limit and difference between pellets and weights of dropping pills. The optimal dropping temperature, cooling temperature, dripper caliber, , Drip distance and other process conditions. Results: The optimum dropping pill molding process was determined as follows: the ratio of drug powder to PEG4000 was 1: 1.5, the inner / outer diameter of the dripper was 2.5 / 3.0 mm, the coolant was dimethyl silicone oil, the temperature of the coolant was 10 ℃, the temperature of the liquid was 90 ℃, Drip speed 40 drops / min, drip distance 6 cm. Conclusion: The best preparation technology of Tongli Su Runjiang drop pills is stable and feasible.
