所谓“特发性浮肿”,是一种特殊的、原因未明的水盐代谢紊乱综合征,多发生于20岁-45岁的女性生育期。浮肿多现于颜面和四肢,尤以立位时双下肢浮肿明显加重,常呈周期性发作,持续几年至几十年。同时,伴有神经衰弱、植物神经功能失调。由于精神创伤或环境改变可引起发病。其发病机制可能与毛细血管通透性增加、蛋白质代谢异常、肾小球滤过率下降以及醛固酮、雌激素分泌过多等多种因素变化有关,为一种多发性病症。
