起升缸的连接方式不仅决定了叉车门架受力状况,而且影响门架升、降的稳定性,因此起升缸的连接方式便成为门架结构优劣的关键。本文介绍门架起升缸的2种连接方式。1.起升缸固定连接普通叉车门架起升缸两端为固定连接方式,如图1所示。起升缸缸筒底部螺栓穿过外门架起升缸支座孔,其缸筒下平面固定在外门架起升缸支座的上平面(见图1c)。起升缸活塞杆杆头穿过内门架起升缸支座孔,活塞杆台阶面固定在内门架起升缸支座的下平面(见图1b)。起升缸的伸缩带动内门架上、下运动,从而实现内门架的升降。
The connection of the lift cylinder not only determines the stress condition of the forklift mast, but also affects the stability of the lift mast. Therefore, the connection of the lift cylinder is the key to the advantages and disadvantages of the mast structure. This article describes two kinds of connections between the gantry lifting cylinder. 1. The lifting cylinder is fixedly connected with the common forklift mast lifting cylinder at both ends of the fixed connection, as shown in Figure 1. The bottom cylinder of the lifting cylinder is passed through the hole of the lifting cylinder of the outer mast, and the lower plane of the cylinder is fixed on the upper plane of the lifting cylinder support of the outer mast (see Fig. 1c). The lift cylinder piston rod head passes through the inner cylinder bracket lift cylinder bore and the piston rod step surface is fixed to the lower plane of the inner cylinder lift cylinder support (see Figure 1b). Lifting cylinder telescopic drive inner frame, the next movement, so as to achieve the rise and fall of the inner frame.
