目的观察规范化康复治疗脑卒中患者的临床治疗效果。方法选择2014年6月-2017年6月于该院就诊的脑卒中患者,共90例,按进入医院的编号分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上给予规范化康复治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率95.56%,对照组有效率62.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组神经功能评分明显低于对照组,但是观察组的改善幅度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗脑卒中患者的过程中,通过规范化康复治疗在一定程度上可以促进临床治疗效果的显著增强,降低神经功能缺损程度评分,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of standardized rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients. Methods A total of 90 stroke patients were selected in this hospital from June 2014 to June 2017. According to the numbers entering the hospital, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional drug treatment, the observation group was given standardized rehabilitation treatment on this basis, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 95.56% in the observation group and 62.22% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); after treatment, the neurological score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, but the improvement rate of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group Group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the process of treating patients with stroke, through standardization of rehabilitation treatment to a certain extent, can promote the clinical treatment effect was significantly enhanced, reduce the degree of neurological deficit score, deserved clinical application and promotion.
