目的 观察羟基喜树碱 (H CPT)联合 5 氟尿嘧啶 ( 5 FU)治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的疗效。方法 H CPT 4～ 6mg/m2 加生理盐水 50 0ml静脉滴注 ,第 1～ 5d ;5 FU 750mg/m2 加 5%葡萄糖 50 0ml静脉滴注 ,第 1～ 5d。结果 有效率 (CR +PR) 32 % ,无变化 (NC) 52 % ,进展 (PD) 16% ,毒副反应轻 ,病人生活质量有一定提高。结论 该方案对中晚期原发性肝癌有较好的治疗效果。
Objective To observe the efficacy of hydroxycamptothecin (H CPT) combined with 5-fluorouracil (5 FU) in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer. Methods H CPT 4 ~ 6mg / m2 plus saline 50ml intravenous drip, the first ~ 5d; 5 FU 750mg / m2 plus 5% glucose 50ml intravenous drip, 1 ~ 5d. Results The effective rate (CR + PR) 32%, no change (NC) 52%, progress (PD) 16%, mild side effects, improve the quality of life of patients. Conclusion The scheme has a good therapeutic effect on advanced primary liver cancer.
