钛合金应用范围广,属难加工材料,一般常需磨削加工。作者应用超声振动切削系统,采用镶硬质合金刀具,对振动切削与普通切削钛合金时的切屑形态、切屑变形与加工表面粗糙度等方面进行了对比试验。试验结果表明,在一定的切削条件下,超声振动切削钛合金时,可避免普通切削时产生的表面缺陷,达到磨削加工的效果。
Titanium alloy wide range of applications, is a difficult processing of materials, usually require grinding. The author applied ultrasonic vibration cutting system, using carbide inserts tool, vibration cutting and common cutting titanium alloy chip morphology, chip deformation and processing of surface roughness and other aspects of the comparative test. The experimental results show that under certain cutting conditions, ultrasonic vibration cutting of titanium alloy can avoid the surface defects generated during ordinary cutting to achieve the effect of grinding.
