我厂在加工图1所示零件时,产品上有4个锥孔,大端孔径为φ160毫米,锥度为1:10,厚度为180毫米。这种异型件体积大,用一般机床加工有很大困难。我们设计制作了一件锥孔铣削盘,在镗床上成功地完成了锥孔的加工。锥孔铣削盘结构见图2。使用方法:斜垫圈1和铣削盘2由螺栓螺母安装在镗床花盘13上,万向接头12装入镗杆14中。调整胎具到花盘中心。加工时,锉床花盘13带动铣削盘2一起作旋转运动。镗杆
