随着社会经济的快速发展和城市化建设水平的不断提高,我国的建筑行业发展势头良好,已经成为国民经济的重要支柱产业之一,为国民经济的发展做出了重要的贡献,但同时建筑企业之间的竞争也变得更加激烈,如何提高竞争力已经成为建筑企业面临的重要问题。鉴于此,文中笔者根据多年工作经验对建筑企业人力资源管理存在的问题及相关对策进行简要阐述,以期使建筑企业高效的人力资源管理来提升企业竞争力。
With the rapid socio-economic development and continuous improvement of urbanization, China’s construction industry has enjoyed a good momentum of development and has become one of the important pillar industries in the national economy. It has made an important contribution to the development of the national economy. However, at the same time, The competition among enterprises has also become more intense. How to improve the competitiveness has become an important issue for construction enterprises. In view of this, the author of the article based on years of work experience of human resources management in construction enterprises and related problems briefly described in order to enable construction enterprises efficient human resources management to enhance their competitiveness.
