前言14MnMoVNb 钢从1966年开始试制。立足于我国的富有资源,参照14MnMoV 钢特点,加入合金元素铌,形成第二相,达到弥散强化和细化晶粒的目的,以期用常化加回火的处理方法,得到屈服强度为60公斤级;用调质处理方法得到70公斤级的钢种。从试制到现在,共生产了8炉钢,30吨小平炉炼5炉,300吨平炉炼2炉1罐。轧制成30,40,60,95,115和130毫米厚不同规格的钢板。该钢种已多年用于制造环型冷却机的摩擦片,目前正在我国几个冶金企业使用(使用情况附后)。
Foreword 14MnMoVNb steel trial production from 1966. Based on the rich resources of our country, with the reference to the characteristics of 14MnMoV steel, niobium alloy elements are added to form the second phase to achieve the purpose of dispersion strengthening and grain refinement. With the expectation of normalizing and tempering, the yield strength is 60 kg Level; with quenching and tempering methods to get 70 kilograms of grade steel. From the prototype to the present, a total of 8 furnaces, 30 tons of furnaces, 5 furnaces, 300 tons of flat furnace 2 furnaces 1 cans. Rolled into 30,40,60,95,115 and 130 mm thick different specifications of steel. The steel has been used for many years in the manufacture of friction plates for ring coolers and is currently being used by several metallurgical enterprises in our country (attached).
