小学数学教学中,概念知识占据了大量课时。很多概念教学,尤其是一些抽象的概念知识,由于受到客观条件的限制,学生的理解不到位、不透彻。随着现代信息技术在教学中的广泛应用,这一问题得到了很好的解决。在数学概念知识教学中,多媒体情境扮演了重要角色。在引入概念时,多媒体情境注重从学生兴趣入手,充分调动学生概念学习的积极性;在形成概念时,多媒体注重从活化教材入手,将教材中的主题图进行活化处理,让教材中的内容活动起来;在内化概念时,多媒体紧紧依托生活情境,让学生对抽象概念的理解更深刻。创设有效的多媒体情境,是一种很好的概念教学模式,但并不是一种适合于所有概念教学的万能模式。也要注意根据具体的概念,综合运用其他教学方法,以提高概念教学的有效性。
