《幼儿园教育指导纲要》指出“幼儿教育是基础教育的组成部分,是学校教育和终身教育的起始阶段。”因此,广大幼教工作者应该在教育中努力发现每一个孩子的聪明才智,发现或激发他们思维的火花,从小培养他们的创新精神和创造力。大家认为教师自身的创新素养是前提。保护幼儿的好奇心,鼓励大胆想象,激发探究的欲望是培养幼儿创新精神和创造力的开始。创设自由、民主的创造氛围,进行科学探索活动和有益的游戏是培养幼儿创新精神和创造力的重要途径。
