文章基于NI公司的CompactRIO以及图形化编程软件LabVIEW设计并集成了静力试验数据采集系统。在硬件方面,设计了由实时系统和Host主机组成的上下位机的架构;在软件方面,了解并掌握静力试验方法和试验流程,设计并实现了同步采集、网络通信、数据保存以及人机交互界面。对该数据采集系统进行了测评,测评结果表明,该数据采集系统可靠性高、实时性好、开发周期短,能够完成多通道静力试验数据同步采集任务。
The article based on NI’s CompactRIO and graphical programming software LabVIEW design and integration of static test data acquisition system. In the aspect of hardware, the architecture of upper and lower computer which is composed of real-time system and Host is designed. In the aspect of software, the static test method and test flow are designed and realized, and the synchronization acquisition, network communication, data storage, user-interface. The data acquisition system was evaluated. The results show that the data acquisition system has high reliability, good real-time, short development cycle, and can accomplish the task of simultaneous acquisition of multi-channel static test data.
